Agreement

By contacting us, placing an order, accepting delivery, or using our customer service channels, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not place an order or use our services.

Orders and Availability

All orders are subject to product availability, confirmation, and acceptance by our team. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, the delivery area is unsupported, payment cannot be confirmed, or the order information is incomplete.

Product photos, descriptions, and cuts are provided for general guidance. Actual products may vary slightly by weight, size, trimming, packaging, and natural meat appearance.

Pricing and Payment

Prices may change based on market conditions, product availability, delivery area, and confirmed order weight. The final price will be confirmed before or at the time of order completion.

Customers are responsible for paying the full confirmed order amount, including any applicable delivery fees, taxes, or service charges.

Delivery and Pickup

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, product preparation, customer availability, or other operational conditions.

Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information. If we cannot reach you or complete delivery because of incorrect information, additional delivery fees or cancellation rules may apply.

Cancellations and Refunds

Because meat products are perishable and may be prepared specifically for an order, cancellation or refund requests may be limited once preparation, packing, or delivery has started.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible on the same day of delivery or pickup. We may ask for photos, order details, or product return where appropriate.

Food Safety

Customers are responsible for storing, refrigerating, freezing, cooking, and handling meat products safely after delivery or pickup.

We are not responsible for quality or safety issues caused by delayed collection, improper storage, unsafe handling, reheating, or use after the recommended storage period.

WhatsApp and Online Communication

We may use WhatsApp, phone calls, SMS, social media, or website forms to receive inquiries, confirm orders, coordinate delivery, provide customer support, and send service-related updates.

You agree to provide accurate information and to avoid sending abusive, fraudulent, illegal, or misleading messages through our communication channels.

Promotions and Offers

Promotions, discounts, bundles, and special offers may be limited by date, product quantity, delivery area, or other conditions stated at the time of the offer.

We may update, pause, or end an offer at any time where allowed by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our responsibility is limited to the value of the affected order or product.

We are not responsible for indirect losses, delays outside our control, customer-provided incorrect information, or issues caused after products are delivered or collected.
